We hope you like your order! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will make the return process extremely simple.
Our online store offers unique and stylish products designed by independent designers, supplemented by high-quality materials and reliable production. Our quality inspection team members inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please do not contact us via email at [email protected] and request a refund. We will try our best to meet your requirements.
Please note that any address on the package cannot be used as a return address. Must authorize the return package. Any return request not authorized by the customer service department will not be accepted. We will refund your original payment method within one week.
-All purchased items (except swimsuits, handbags and accessories) can be returned within 7 days after delivery.
-The items must be unused, undamaged and original, and ensure that all items in the package are intact, otherwise, the buyer will bear all costs and no refund will be given. The goods returned due to personal reasons and the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
-If the item is defective/damaged or wrong. After submitting your return request online, you must email us with pictures of the problem/defect.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered as returns.
If the consumer causes a return, the consumer is responsible for the freight. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received due to our reasons are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the freight.
No replenishment fee will be charged to consumers when returning goods.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order, please submit a help ticket to contact us. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours after the purchase, but 5% of the order charge is cancelled before shipment. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation of the order.
